You may create a link to the Website’s home page, provided that the link does not portray VSORA, its products or services in a false, misleading or derogatory way, and does not use VSORA’s logos or trademarks without our written consent. We may ask you to remove any link at any time.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Information you send us
Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Website’s forms or by unsolicited e-mail. 15. Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. The fact that VSORA does not enforce a provision at a given time does not mean that it waives its right to do so later.
16. Language
These Terms are available in English and French. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Website are governed by French law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Before taking any legal action, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the dispute amicably. If you use the Website for purposes relating to your trade, business or profession, any dispute relating to these Terms or to the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, including in the event of multiple defendants or for summary proceedings.
